It provides highly individualized services directly to consumers. ACT recipients receive the multidisciplinary treatment  within the comfort of their own home, community and our office.  ACT is a multidisciplinary team approach with assertive outreach in the community. The consistent, caring, person-centered relationships have a positive effect upon outcomes and quality of life.  ACT offers 24-hour wrap-around services as a ‘hospital without walls’ setting.
